QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
A little clarity
before you start.
What Persistent Flow connects, what your team controls and where to begin.
Is Persistent Flow another chatbot?
No. It provides a shared context layer for people and supported AI assistants. You keep using your preferred tools while useful company knowledge can carry forward.
Is this only for meeting notes?
No. A meeting is one possible source. Project briefs, customer context, decisions and approved ways of working also matter. The first workflow should reflect how your team actually works.
What are Flow Save, Flow Recall and Flow Soul?
Flow Save keeps useful information. Flow Recall brings relevant context back into your work. Flow Soul carries writing preferences and brand voice. Access and plan limits still apply.
What is a skill?
In our walkthrough, a skill is an approved, reusable way to perform a task. It combines context, steps and checks. The skill demo illustrates the intended workflow; we will confirm current availability for your setup.
Do all employees and AI assistants see everything?
No. Shared context needs workspace and access boundaries. Decide which people and assistants should have access before connecting company information.
Which assistants can I use?
See the Connections page for the current list and its status. MCP compatibility is not a guarantee of every feature. Open-source models also need a compatible client; OpenWork is one environment shown in the illustrations.
Do I need to understand MCP first?
No. Start with the workflow and account setup. The product connection guide can then take you through the intended assistant. Developers can use the separate documentation.
Are the homepage demos live?
No. They are scripted, illustrative conversations using fictional project data. They do not connect to a real tenant, send proposals or store your company information.
Where does company memory live?
The core memory service uses Swedish infrastructure. Authentication, marketing services and an external assistant have separate data flows. Read the security overview for the boundaries.
Does company information train AI models?
That depends on the model service and its settings. Do not assume that connecting an external assistant removes its own processing or training terms. We should verify the intended model path and relevant terms before sensitive context is used.
What if a decision changes?
Keep the new decision and its source, and correct or supersede outdated memory. People should be able to check what changed rather than relying on an unqualified AI answer.
Can I take the data out?
The service supports memory export and erasure. Review the scope of the export and any deployment-specific requirements with us before rollout.
Do you require a business email address?
This website does not reject personal email addresses or make a company-only eligibility decision. Account eligibility and identity checks belong in the product setup.
How do Free and the trial differ?
Free is €0 with its own memory limits. Solo is €10 per month and Team is €15 per user per month, with a minimum of two users. Solo and Team have a 30-day trial. Prices exclude VAT. See all plans.
Can we start with a pilot or a security review?
Yes. Bring one team and one real workflow. We can discuss access, deployment and the material your organization needs before rollout. Request a conversation.
