Assistant tools
What your assistant can do through Persistent Flow when you ask in plain words.
Not everything is a flow command. Connected assistants also get Persistent Flow tools they use when you ask in your own words.
| Tool | Use it by asking | Does |
|---|---|---|
flow_save | “Remember that we moved the launch to March.” | Saves to the active workspace, labelled as written by the assistant. |
flow_recall | “What do we know about pricing?” | Searches everything you can see and answers with sources. |
flow_get | “Show me memory 3f2a9c1e.” | Fetches one memory exactly as written. |
flow_about | “Tell me about Acme.” | Everything about one person, company or topic. |
flow_soul | “Build our team Soul.” | Builds or shows the Soul. |
flow_onboard | “Interview me.” | The guided first-run interview. |
flow_decisions | “Save this document and keep possible decisions as proposals.” | Decision proposals from documents. |
flow_meetings | “Turn this transcript into minutes for meeting <id>.” | Creates meetings and proposes points. Never approves. |
flow_account_briefing | “Brief me on Acme from our notes.” | A source-backed account draft (Salesforce panel). |
flow | “flow decisions log” | Runs any flow command. |
Assistants also get the prompts flow and flow-onboard, which appear in clients’ “/” menus.
