Docs 1.1 — 4 October 2026

Documentation rebuilt as a full section with these pages, a sidebar and search-friendly page titles.
New: Meeting minutes with one or two named reviewers, versioned approval, final confirmation, history and PDF export.
New: confirmed minutes and “under reconsideration” are labelled in answers and in the decision log.
New: the decision log downloads as CSV from the console.
New: the flow_meetings assistant tool.
Changed: in a company workspace, only the author or an owner/admin can retire a flagged memory in Conflicts.
