COMMUNAL WORKSPACES
Publishing into a communal workspace
The one explicit, audited way a memory moves from a company workspace into a communal one.
Nothing moves between workspaces on its own. To share one memory from your company workspace into a communal workspace you belong to, publish it in two steps: request, then confirm. The copy arrives as a contribution and goes through that workspace’s review like anything else.
flow publish <id> to <workspace>- Copy one of your memories into a communal workspace you belong to. Nothing moves on its own — this is the explicit, audited exception.
flow publish confirm <request-id>- Finish a publish you started. This is the moment the memory actually leaves its source workspace.
