Salesforce account briefings
A source-backed briefing on an account, inside Salesforce.
The Persistent Flow panel on a Salesforce Account shows your notes about that account and can draft a briefing: context, decisions, commitments and open questions. Every item quotes a note word for word; anything that cannot be traced to a note is discarded.
- It reads only your active workspace, with the same permissions as search.
- The briefing is a draft for you to review, not a confirmed record. You can edit a handoff and save it to Flow after marking it reviewed.
- No Salesforce opportunities, emails or tasks are imported. Accounts with identical names may be ambiguous.
