COMMUNAL WORKSPACES
Moderation and disputes
Reviewing contributions, settling disputes, and how moderators are told.
flow pending- The review queue for this workspace. Moderators and administrators only.
flow approve <id> · reject <id>- Decide a pending contribution: accept it into the workspace's memory, or close it.
flow challenge <id> · report <id>- Flag an accepted memory as disputed, so it steps out of ordinary recall until someone resolves it.
Reviewing
Moderators see waiting contributions with flow pending or under Moderation in the console, and approve or reject each one. Accepted contributions become searchable and feed the knowledge graph and Soul.
Disputes
Any member can challenge an accepted memory. It steps out of ordinary search at once until a moderator either keeps it (it returns, and is protected from new challenges for 7 days) or retires it (closed, history kept).
- Each member can raise 5 challenges per 24 hours per workspace; moderators are not limited.
- A memory that was just kept cannot be challenged again for 7 days.
Notifications
When contributions wait, moderators get one email — a count and the workspace name, never the contribution text — at most once every 6 hours, with a daily reminder while anything has waited more than 24 hours.
