| Memory | One saved record: text, author, date, status, scope. |
| Scope | Where a memory lives: your personal Flow or a workspace. Each has its own key. |
| Workspace | A shared memory owned by a team. Company or communal. |
| Active workspace | Where saves land and search looks first. Shared across your assistants. |
| Context | A label inside a workspace for grouping. Not a permission. |
| Company | An owner’s grouping of workspaces. Not a permission. |
| Soul | A distilled voice built from a scope’s memories. |
| Knowledge graph | Facts drawn from memories, each linked to its source words. |
| Supersede / retire | Close a memory in favour of another. History keeps both. |
| Contribution | Something added to a communal workspace; reviewed before it counts. |
| Dispute | A challenged communal memory, out of search until a moderator keeps or retires it. |
| Decision | A memory recording who decided, under what mandate, and until when. |
| Proposal | An unconfirmed possible decision quoted from a document. |
| Reviewer | A person named on a meeting who approves points and confirms the package. |
| Package | The exact set of meeting points and versions that reviewers confirm. |
| Under reconsideration | An approval behind a confirmed record was withdrawn; it still applies. |
| Confidential | Kept in Flow but held back from assistants outside your jurisdiction. |
| MCP | The open standard assistants use to connect to tools like Persistent Flow. |
