Your first five minutes
A guided interview fills an empty Flow and shows you your own Soul.
A new Flow is empty, and recall needs something to recall. The fastest way to fill it is the guided setup, run by your assistant.
- Start. Type
flow start. It tells you what your Flow holds and the next step. - Tell it who you are.
flow i am <name>links notes written in the first person (“I prefer…”) to you. - Run the interview. Say “interview me” (or
flow interview). The assistant asks five questions one at a time and saves each answer, including your reasoning. - See your Soul. After the fifth answer it builds your Soul — a short portrait of how you think and write — and shows it to you.
- Prove it. Open a brand-new chat and ask about something you just said.
flow start- A guided setup, about two minutes.
flow i am <name>- Tell your Flow your name, so notes written in the first person resolve to you.
flow whoami- Who your Flow thinks you are.
flow soul · flow soul show- Distil how you write into a voice your assistants can borrow.
